AUSTRALIAN ORGAN DONOR REGISTER

Provides a simple way for people to record their intention to become an organ and tissue donor.  It also records people's wishes not to donate.  The purpose of the Donor Register is to raise awareness of organ and tissue donation and to increase donation rates in Australia.  Registration forms are also available at all Medicare offices.
